WordPress emergency fix: site broken or hacked? We repair it.
White screen, 'critical error', redirects to dodgy sites, a plugin that breaks everything after an update. A WordPress developer finds the cause and fixes it. You pay once your site is back online.

In short
Blue Digital repairs broken WordPress and WooCommerce sites, 7 days a week: white screen, critical error, hacked or infected site, incompatible plugin, PHP update breaking the theme. A WordPress developer diagnoses the cause, quotes the price before touching anything, and fixes it. You pay once the site is back online, after a live demo.
A broken or hacked site shows before you even know about it.
A customer tells you they landed on a casino page. Google shows a red warning. Your host suspends the account. And the agency that built the site has gone quiet. You need someone who can read a tampered PHP file, clean up without breaking anything, and close the door the attacker came through.

Do you recognise one of these symptoms?
These are the WordPress failures we fix most often. Each has an identifiable cause, so each has a fix.
My site has this problemcritical'There has been a critical error on this website'
WordPress's standard message when a plugin or the theme triggers a fatal PHP error. The debug log points to the exact file.
blankWhite screen, no message at all
PHP memory exhausted, a truncated theme file, a badly configured caching plugin. Nothing displays, but the error is logged on the server.
hackHacked site, redirects or pages in a foreign language
Code injected into files or the database, an unknown admin account, thousands of spam pages indexed by Google. We clean up, then close the hole.
PHP 8Everything breaks after a PHP version change
Your host moves to PHP 8 and an old theme or an abandoned plugin can't keep up. We fix the incompatible code or replace the plugin.
maintenanceStuck on 'Briefly unavailable for scheduled maintenance'
An interrupted automatic update leaves the site frozen on this message, sometimes with half-installed plugins.
wooWooCommerce no longer takes orders
Payment gateway errors, a cart that empties on reload, order emails that stop going out. Every hour costs sales.
Every hour of downtime has a price.
A WordPress site that is down takes no WooCommerce orders, receives no quote requests and hurts your image with everyone who lands on it. Meanwhile your ad campaigns keep spending. Do the maths.
Indicative estimate: online revenue spread over trading hours, not counting customers lost for good or the impact on search rankings.
From error page to confirmed order.

WordPress, and what keeps it running
A WordPress outage often involves PHP, the MySQL database, the firewall or the CDN. We work on the whole chain, right up to the WooCommerce sync with your ERP.

A typical fix, hour by hour

Frequently asked questions
Question not listed? Ask it directly: a developer answers, not a call centre.
My site got hacked on a Sunday. Will you answer?
Yes. We respond 7 days a week, weekends included. A hacked site gets worse quickly: the sooner we step in, the less time Google and your host have to penalise it.
Can you clean a hacked WordPress site without rebuilding it?
In most cases, yes. We compare files against the official versions, clean the database, remove suspicious accounts and close the entry point. If the infection runs too deep, we tell you before going further.
How long does it take to repair my site?
A critical error or white screen is usually fixed the same day once we have access. A full malware clean-up can take longer: we give you the timeline after the diagnosis.
What access do you need?
Access to your hosting (cPanel, Plesk, SFTP or SSH), the database and, if possible, a WordPress admin account. If you no longer have them, we help you recover them from your host.
How does payment work?
The price is given after the diagnosis, before any work. You pay once the site is back online and you have seen it working in front of you.
Will you delete my plugins?
No, not without your agreement. We temporarily disable the plugin at fault to get the site back, then fix it, update it or suggest a maintained alternative.
How do we stop the site getting hacked again?
The report lists what let the attacker in and what needs changing: abandoned plugins, weak passwords, overdue updates. We can then look after the site every month: tested updates, monitoring, verified backups.
Tell us what your site is doing. We'll handle the rest.
