Odoo emergency support: is your ERP stuck? We get it working again.
Invoices that won't validate, a module throwing errors, a blank screen after an upgrade. An Odoo developer reads the logs, finds the cause and fixes it. You pay once your ERP is back.

In short
Blue Digital provides emergency support for stuck Odoo ERPs, 7 days a week: Internal Server Error, failing custom modules, failed version upgrades, locked PostgreSQL databases, invoice PDFs that won't print. An Odoo developer diagnoses the cause, quotes the price before touching anything, and fixes it. You pay once Odoo is working again, after a live demo.
When Odoo stops, the whole business waits.
Accounts can't invoice, the warehouse can't validate deliveries, sales can't see stock. Everyone opens a spreadsheet to get through the day, and the gaps pile up. You need someone who knows the Odoo ORM, PostgreSQL and your modules, and who starts with the logs rather than guesses.

Do you recognise one of these symptoms?
These are the Odoo failures we fix most often. Each has an identifiable cause, so each has a fix.
My site has this problem500Internal Server Error when opening Odoo
A module that no longer loads, a Python dependency missing after a server update, an invalid XML view. The odoo-server.log file names the culprit.
assetsBlank screen or interface that won't render
Odoo rebuilds its JavaScript and CSS bundles whenever modules change. One broken file is enough to freeze the entire interface.
upgradeFailed version upgrade
Migration interrupted, custom modules not ported, inconsistent data. We go back to the clean copy, then resume the migration one module at a time.
lockOdoo very slow or frozen on certain actions
Blocked PostgreSQL queries, scheduled actions looping, saturated workers. Sales orders still confirm, but stock validation spins forever.
moduleA custom module crashes after a change
A removed field, an inherited method overridden badly, forgotten access rights. Typical of a module written by a provider who has since left.
PDFInvoices and delivery slips won't print
wkhtmltopdf missing or badly installed, a broken QWeb report template, a missing font. Odoo validates the document but produces no PDF.
Every hour of downtime has a price.
A stuck Odoo may not sell anything online, but it stops invoicing, delivery orders, purchasing and payroll. Lorries wait, customers chase you, salaries are still due. Do the maths.
Indicative estimate: online revenue spread over trading hours, not counting customers lost for good or the impact on search rankings.
Odoo, and what connects to it
An Odoo outage often starts next door: PostgreSQL, the Python server, the proxy, or the online store synced with the ERP. We look at the whole chain.

A typical fix, hour by hour
How a common Odoo outage is handled. Timings vary with the issue, the order never does: diagnosis and price come before any work.

- Review of the Odoo, PostgreSQL and web proxy logs
- Copy of the database and filestore before any change
- Fix of the module or data at fault, not a workaround
- Business tests: invoice, delivery, purchase order, PDF printing
- Live demo to your team before any payment
- Written report: cause, fix, modules to keep an eye on
How you pay

Frequently asked questions
Question not listed? Ask it directly: a developer answers, not a call centre.
Our Odoo is stuck on a Saturday. Can you help?
Yes. We respond 7 days a week, weekends included. Month-end closing and stocktakes rarely fall on a Tuesday morning.
Which Odoo versions and editions do you work on?
Odoo Community and Enterprise, recent and older versions, hosted on your own server or on Odoo.sh. On Odoo Online, code access is limited: after the diagnosis we tell you what can be done.
Could you lose our accounting data?
Before any change, we copy the PostgreSQL database and the filestore (attachments and documents). Fixes are tested on a copy where possible. If anything goes wrong, we return to the starting point.
How long does it take to unblock Odoo?
A failing module, a database lock or broken PDF printing is usually fixed the same day once we have access. A failed version upgrade takes longer: we give you the timeline after the diagnosis.
How does payment work?
The price is given after the diagnosis, before any work. You pay once Odoo is working again and you have seen your team invoice, deliver and print.
Our integrator built custom modules. Can you work on them?
Yes. We read the existing Python and XML code, even undocumented, and fix it without rewriting everything. If a module puts your next upgrade at risk, we flag it in writing.
What access do you need?
SSH access to the server, access to the PostgreSQL database and an Odoo administrator account. On Odoo.sh, an invitation to the project is enough. If your former provider holds the access, we help you get it back.
What happens after the fix?
The report explains the cause and the fragile modules. We can then look after your Odoo every month, or prepare your next version upgrade properly. Nothing is imposed.
Tell us what is blocked in Odoo. We'll take it from there.
