Data we collect

  • Request form: name, phone number, email (optional), project type, website or app link, urgency level or project details, message, whether you can be reached on WhatsApp.
  • Technical data sent with the request: page you came from, language, campaign parameters (utm, gclid, fbclid) if present in the URL, date and IP address (used to limit abusive submissions).
  • Online payments: transaction reference and status, amount, date, payer name and email, quote or invoice reference. Card details are entered and processed only on the CMI secure platform; Blue Digital has no access to them.

Your data is never sold, rented or used for marketing by third parties.

  • Responding to your request and contacting you: your consent, given in the form.
  • Preparing quotes, delivering services, collecting payments and issuing invoices: performance of the contract.
  • Keeping accounting records: legal obligation.
  • Preventing fraud and securing payments: legitimate interest of Blue Digital and the CMI.

Recipients

  • The Blue Digital team, to handle requests and follow up on services.
  • The Centre Monétique Interbancaire (CMI) and the banks involved, to process card payments.
  • Where applicable, our accountants and public authorities, under legal obligations.
  • If you message us on WhatsApp, the conversation is also subject to WhatsApp’s (Meta) terms.

Retention

  • Requests that do not lead to a project: at most 3 years after the last contact.
  • Client data and accounting records (quotes, invoices, payment receipts): 10 years, in line with accounting and commercial obligations.
  • Technical payment logs: [to be confirmed].

Security

Requests are stored on the server hosting this website, in an area that cannot be accessed from the internet. Card payments are encrypted and processed by the CMI.

Your rights

Under Moroccan Law No. 09-08 and, for people located in the European Union, the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, object to and delete your data, within the limits of legal retention obligations.
