Recover a deleted website: we find what's left and tell you what can come back.
The site has vanished, the backup is empty or the database won't open. We search everywhere a copy might survive, tell you honestly what can be recovered, then restore it. You pay once the site is restored and you have checked it with us.

In short
Blue Digital helps recover deleted websites and lost data, 7 days a week: deleted sites, cancelled hosting, corrupted backups, damaged databases. Recovery is not always possible: after the diagnosis, we tell you exactly what can come back and what is lost, before any restore. You pay after the restore and a live demo.
The site is gone, and the backup is useless.
Your host says they have no copy. The backup plugin has reported 'success' for months, but the archive is empty. Years of content, product pages and customer accounts seem lost. Before rebuilding everything, someone needs to search methodically for what survives.

How data goes missing
Data loss rarely comes out of nowhere: it follows a deletion, a failure or a backup nobody ever checked. Each case leaves different traces.
My site has this problemrm -rfSite deleted by mistake
Wrong folder removed, hosting cancelled by accident, a fresh install run over the existing site.
backupBackup empty or impossible to restore
Truncated archive, database left out of the backup, backups stored on the same server as the site.
InnoDBDamaged database
Missing tables, MySQL refusing to start after a power cut or a full disk, inconsistent data.
hackSite wiped or defaced after a hack
Files deleted or replaced, database emptied, content altered. Recovery and clean-up have to happen together.
updateAn update overwrote your content
A theme or plugin update replaced customisations, an import overwrote product pages.
expiredHosting expired, data deleted
Renewal forgotten, card expired: the host deleted the account. Some keep a copy for a limited time.
Every hour of downtime has a price.
Until the site is restored, it isn't selling or bringing in enquiries. And every day that passes can shrink the chance of finding a copy at your host. Estimate what waiting costs.
Indicative estimate: online revenue spread over trading hours, not counting customers lost for good or the impact on search rankings.
From error page to confirmed order.

A typical fix, hour by hour
How a typical recovery runs. Timings depend on what is left, the order never changes: what can be recovered and the price come before any restore.

Frequently asked questions
Question not listed? Ask it directly: a developer answers, not a call centre.
Can a deleted website always be recovered?
No, and it is better to know that now. It depends on what copies survive: at the host, in a backup, on a computer, with a former provider. After the diagnosis, we tell you exactly what can be recovered, and what can't.
What should I do while I wait for you?
Don't reinstall anything, don't run an automatic restore and don't cancel the hosting. Every write can overwrite the last usable copy. Note down what happened and when.
Can we reach you at weekends?
Yes. We respond 7 days a week, weekends included. With data loss, every day counts: some hosts only keep their copies for a short time.
What if nothing can be recovered?
We tell you clearly after the diagnosis and we don't start a restore. We can then point you to whatever helps rebuild faster, such as publicly archived pages or exports that are still available.
Can web archives help?
Sometimes, for the text and images of public pages. They hold no database, no orders and no customer accounts. They are a supplement, not a backup.
How does payment work?
The price of the restore is given after the diagnosis, before any work. You pay once the site is restored and you have checked it with us.
Is my data safe while you work on it?
We work on copies, logins are used only for the job and the recovered files are handed to you. Nothing is kept on our side without your agreement.
How do we stop this happening again?
With backups stored somewhere other than the site's server, automated and regularly tested with a real restore. We can set them up and check them every month.
